1. Donations

• All donations made on WeHelpNeedy.in are voluntary and considered final.
• As a general policy, donations are non-refundable. However, if you believe a transaction was made in error or unauthorized, please contact us within 7 days of the donation date.

2. Duplicate Transactions

• In case of duplicate transactions due to technical issues, the excess amount will be refunded after internal verification.

3. Cancellation

• Since we operate as a non-profit or cause-based platform, donation cancellations are not possible once processed.
